Delete/Disable account

Delete administrator account

Go to the Settings menu, under 'Store Configuration' click on Administrators link. 'Administrators' page appears. Find the account you wish to delete and click on  at the end of its row. Confirm you wish to delete this account in a pop-up window.

Disable administrator account

Go to the Settings menu, under 'Store Configuration' click on Administrators link. 'Administrators' page appears. Find the account you wish to disable and click on  at the end of its row. Find 'Access level' drop-down list and select Disable.
