Order Total modules
What are Order Total modules
Order Total Modules enable you to customize the format of Order Total price sheet.
Order Total price sheet is visible at the Store Front prior to the final invoice and shows how product prices, discounts, taxes and shipping charges form the total order amount. See examples with tax, and examples with discounts.
Order Total Modules enable you to show to customers what you charge them and how you make up calculations. See Practical Guide to Order Total modules

How to manage 'Order Total Modules'
>> Open Summer Cart admin panel
>> Go to the Settings menu, under 'Modules' click on Order Total link.
'Order Total Modules' page shows all items that comprise Order Total price sheet.
Use 'Order Total Modules' page to manage the format of Order Total price sheet. You can arrange the positions of Subtotal, Shipping, Tax, Discount and Coupon items using 
/
buttons. You can also activate or pause an item in a click. If an item
is inappropriate or inapplicable (e.g. if you offer only free shipping,
or never charge tax) you can easily pause it so that it will not appear
in Order Total price sheet. See Practical Guide to Order Total modules .

Each order total amount is calculated in the order in which the order total modules are positioned. |

In the table above if you position Tax module below Shipping you will charge tax on the shipping amount. Please note that in order to charge tax on shipping, you also needs to have "Apply to shipping" option set to that Tax. See 'Taxes' for more info.
If you position Tax module above Shipping you will not charge tax on the shipping amount. |
