What are ratings and reviews

Ratings and reviews give to customers on your store the ability to write comments on a product and rate it.

In Summer Cart Store Front customer reviews are conveniently displayed in a tab, next to product detailed description.

When many customers rate a product, on the website you will see an average rate. Product ratings get displayed with stars.

How to manage ratings and reviews

>> Open Summer Cart admin panel

>> Go to the Store menu, under 'Promotion' click on Ratings & Reviews link.

In 'Ratings and Reviews' page you, as a store administrator, have full control on product ratings and customer reviews. You are able to:

- approve and disapprove ratings/reviews

- edit or delete ratings/reviews

New ratings and reviews appear in 'Ratings and Reviews' table on top, and have 'Waiting for approval' status. They are NOT visible for customers in the store front until you approve them.

Intuitive Filter and Sort Options

You can easily search within ratings and reviews using various criteria: date, status, product name, rating, review text, customer name, IP address. Sorting options are available in the top area of the table (use icon), whereas filtering options are available in the bottom area.
